2020-21 Faith Formation Registration and Schedule

Dear Parents,

In recent years we have encountered many issues obtaining the required paperwork for Sacraments.  Effective immediately, any child entering First Holy Communion or Confirmation class will be required to submit their long-form birth certificate and Baptism certificate at the time of registration.  Both forms are required to attend class.  This paperwork requirement also includes Sacraments that were received at Immaculate Conception.  Please note that the certificates are not kept on file from year to year.  You will need to submit these forms for each Sacrament class.  Children must be registered and attending class by October 1.

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
